Mike Palmer

Mike has a bachelor's degree in physics and a master's degree in STEM education, each from Shippensburg University in Pennsylvania. He played football at Shippensburg, becoming a team captain as a senior, and an assistant coach as a graduate student.

Mike is now a physics teacher at Spring-Ford Area High School in Pennsylvania, while also serving as an assistant football coach. He decided to become a teacher and coach because he recognizes the impact that similar figures had on him. Mike believes that each and every student should have the academic and athletic opportunities required to become successful.
